We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned Sales Director to join our North America Revenue team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating and maintaining robust partnerships with our strategic allies, ensuring their fulfillment and success with our offerings. Additionally, you will develop key accounts, nurturing and empowering their sales efforts utilizing Azira products. This involves engaging with team leaders and individual members of each key partner to strengthen their connection to Azira. Regular meetings, internal communication, and content creation for follow-up will be integral to this role, facilitating feedback and promoting our offerings effectively.
A Day in the Life
Sales Enablement:
- Collaborate with partners to equip their sales teams with tools to enhance sales of Azira products.
- Motivate, check in with, and nurture partner sales teams, offering positive support and encouragement.
Thought Leadership:
- Provide customers and partners with industry expertise regarding Azira data and media solutions.
Key Account Management:
- Develop and support key accounts and enhance their sales efforts utilizing Azira products.
- Communicate with both team leaders and individual members of key partners and customers to strengthen their connection with Azira.
- Educate partners on Azira products, gather feedback, and address concerns.
- Conduct regular meetings, facilitate internal communication, and feedback within Azira.
- Collaborate with Sales Enablement to craft persuasive pitch materials outlining the proposed solution’s value proposition effectively.
- Create strategic initiatives aimed at surpassing revenue targets.
What You Bring to the Role
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 10+ years of extensive experience in sales or account management, encompassing a minimum of 5 years in media, marketing, or advertising, with a specific focus on acquiring and retaining agency partners focused on retail, restaurants, grocery, automotive, or similar verticals.
- Relevant background in media and operations, with a proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth.
- Demonstrated success in cultivating and managing strategic partnerships.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, facilitating the establishment and maintenance of enduring relationships.
- Ability to comprehend customer and partner needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Proficiency in sales strategies and tactics, with a knack for optimizing sales processes and outcomes through collaboration with partners.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
- Capability to function effectively both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic environment.
